With her corporate background in operations and management, she led Davenport Group to double-digit growth year over year. Now on the Board of Directors, Sonia guides the vision and strategy of the organization. Her dedication to partner and customer relationships and her compassion for her employees built a successful company from the ground up.
Paul Clifford
Co-Founder
For more than 35 years, Paul Clifford built lasting relationships with customers and partners across the IT industry. As a member of the Board of Directors, Paul now advises the Executive Leadership Team. His direction and guidance guarantee that everyone at Davenport Group collaborates to put customer needs first while designing and installing best-in-class technology solutions.

Brandon Cole
Chief Executive Officer
Brandon Cole brings over 18 years of IT sales and business experience to the role of CEO. With his technical knowledge and his ability to connect with vendors and customers alike, Brandon leads Davenport Group during a time of rapid change in the IT industry. Before he was appointed CEO, Brandon led the sales organization of Davenport Group as Chief Revenue Officer and Vice President of Sales and Marketing. During his tenure, the sales team added multiple territories and saw year-over-year growth.
Kevin Williams
Chief Financial Officer
Kevin Williams, CPA, leads Davenport Group’s growing finance and operations teams. Specializing in finance transformation, financial modeling and reporting, strategic financial planning, building teams, and technical accounting, Kevin executes the strategic vision and direction of both the finance and operations departments.
BJ Bradley
Chief Operating Officer
With his deep technical knowledge and exceptional business skills, BJ Bradley leads the growing engineering team at Davenport Group. BJ began his IT career in state government before joining Davenport Group in 2013. BJ has built Davenport Group’s end-user computing practice, refined their approach to the security market, and developed a managed services offering.
Pam Paris
Vice President of Human Resources
Pam Paris brings over 25 years of human resources and recruitment expertise to Davenport Group. She has generalist experience with a focus on recruitment. Her previous roles include HR positions at New York University, Fairchild Publications, Prada, and Columbia Bank. Pam holds the SHRM-SCP certification, which is the highest certification for human resource professionals.
Paul Cummings
Vice President of Finance
As Vice President of Finance, Paul Cummings directs the accounting and finance teams. He brings a vast background in financial management, reporting, and corporate procedures to Davenport Group. A lover of technology in all forms, he enjoys applying his financial know-how to an always-changing industry.
Kailynn Lambert
Vice President of Operations
Kailynn Lambert leads the operations organization. Her responsibilities include overseeing sales and service operations, managing vendor and customer service systems, and implementing new processes. Her efforts support growth, improve workflows, and ensure efficiency and consistency, enabling Davenport Group teams to serve their customers.
Kristy Wilke
Vice President of Sales & Marketing
Davenport Group’s Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Kristy Wilke, manages a growing sales team that serves customers across the country. Kristy is an exceptional mentor who ensures excellent outcomes based on solid technical foundations. She has been with Davenport Group since 2015.
