As CEO of Davenport Group, Sonia St. Charles brings more than 30 years of business experience to the company she co-founded in 2001. With her extensive corporate background in operations and management, she has led Davenport Group to double-digit growth year over year for the last decade. Sonia guides the vision, direction, and culture of the organization, and her exceptional efforts have been repeatedly recognized. Sonia has been honored as one of CRN’s Women of the Channel every year for more than ten years. Her dedication to partner and customer relationships and her compassion for her employees have built a successful company from the ground up.
For more than 35 years, Paul Clifford has built lasting relationships with customers and partners across the IT industry. As President, Paul oversees multiple departments working together to serve Davenport Group’s customers. His direction and guidance guarantee that everyone at Davenport Group collaborates to put customer needs first while designing and installing best-in-class technology solutions.
Kevin Williams, CPA, leads Davenport Group’s growing finance and operations teams. Specializing in finance transformation, financial modeling and reporting, strategic financial planning, building teams, and technical accounting, Kevin executes the strategic vision and direction of both the finance and operations departments.
Brandon Cole utilizes 16 years of IT business experience to connect with vendors and customers to solve the technology problems facing businesses today. Prior to joining Davenport Group in 2010, Brandon worked as a technical solution seller for Dell Technologies. Today, Brandon leads Davenport Group’s growing sales team stationed across the country.
With his deep technical knowledge and exceptional business skills, BJ Bradley leads the growing engineering team at Davenport Group. BJ began his IT career in state government before joining Davenport Group in 2013. BJ has built Davenport Group’s end-user computing practice, refined their approach to the security market, and developed a managed services offering.
Pam Paris brings over 25 years of expertise in human resources and recruitment to Davenport Group. She has extensive generalist experience with a focus on recruitment. Her previous career experience includes New York University, Fairchild Publications (a Disney Company), Prada, and most recently, Columbia Bank. Pam holds the SHRM-SCP certification, which is the highest certification for human resource professionals. She resides in New Jersey.
As Vice President of Finance, Paul Cummings directs the accounting and finance teams. He brings a vast background in financial management, reporting, and corporate procedures to Davenport Group. A lover of technology in all forms, he enjoys applying his financial know-how to an always-changing industry.
Kailynn Lambert, Vice President of Operations, leads the operations organization at Davenport Group. Her previous experience at Davenport Group includes positions as a sales analyst, a project manager, and Director of Marketing, developing her skills in process efficiency, forecasting analysis, and sales performance. Now she leads a dynamic operations team that facilitates large cross-functional projects on complicated IT initiatives.
