Sonia St. Charles co-founded Davenport Group in 2001, and led the organization as CEO for over 20 years. With her background in operations and management, she guided Davenport Group to double-digit growth year over year. Her dedication to customer relationships and her compassion for employees built a successful company from the ground up. Now on the Board of Directors, Sonia guides the vision and direction of the organization.

Paul Clifford

Co-Founder

For more than 35 years, Paul Clifford built lasting relationships across the IT industry. He served as Vice President of Davenport Group since 2001 when the company was founded, developing a winning sales strategy and cultivating a talented engineering team. As a member of the Board of Directors, Paul advises the Executive Leadership Team. His guidance guarantees customer needs are always met with best-in-class technology solutions.

Brandon Cole

Chief Executive Officer

Brandon Cole brings over 18 years of IT sales and business experience to the role of CEO. With his technical knowledge and his ability to connect with vendors and customers, Brandon leads Davenport Group through rapid change in the IT industry. Before becoming CEO, Brandon led the sales organization of Davenport Group as Chief Revenue Officer and Vice President of Sales.

Kevin Williams

Chief Financial Officer

Kevin Williams, CPA, leads Davenport Group’s dedicated finance team. Kevin specializes in finance transformation, financial modeling and reporting, strategic financial planning, building teams, and technical accounting. Kevin joined Davenport Group in 2022, and he excels at driving the strategic vision and direction of the finance department.

BJ Bradley

Chief Operating Officer

With his technical knowledge and exceptional business skills, BJ Bradley leads the talented engineering team at Davenport Group. BJ began his IT career in state government before joining Davenport Group in 2013. BJ has built Davenport Group’s end-user computing practice, refined their approach to the security market, and developed a managed services offering.

Pamela Paris

Vice President of Human Resources

Pamela brings 25 years of experience in human resources administration, talent acquisition, and employee engagement. She leads Davenport Group's people strategy, driving initiatives that support business goals and enhance employee experience. Pam holds the SHRM-SCP certification, the highest credential awarded by the Society for Human Resources Management.

Paul Cummings

Vice President of Finance

As Vice President of Finance, Paul Cummings directs the accounting and finance teams at Davenport Group. He brings a vast background in financial management, reporting, and corporate procedures. Paul started with Davenport Group in 2014, and for more than 12 years, he has enjoyed applying his financial know-how to an always-changing industry.

Kailynn Lambert

Vice President of Operations

Kailynn Lambert leads the operations organization. Her responsibilities include overseeing sales and service operations, managing vendor and customer service systems, and implementing new processes. Her efforts support growth, improve workflows, and ensure efficiency and consistency, enabling Davenport Group teams to serve their customers.

Kristy Wilke

Vice President of Sales & Marketing

Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Kristy Wilke, manages a growing sales team that serves customers across the country. Kristy is an exceptional mentor and sales leader who ensures excellent outcomes based on solid technical foundations. She started with Davenport Group in 2015 as an Account Executive and has enjoyed being a part of a dynamic organization.
