Referral Program Terms and Conditions
A referral agent is defined as the person who refers a prospective customer to Davenport Group. The referral agent does not need to be a current Davenport Group customer but if the referral agent is a customer, he or she must be in good financial standing with Davenport Group. If multiple parties refer the same prospective customer, the first person to submit the referral form is considered the referral agent of record. Davenport Group employees and employees of any Davenport Group vendor are not eligible to participate.
A prospective customer is an account that is referred to Davenport Group by the referral agent. A prospective customer cannot be a current or former Davenport Group customer.

A referral agent identifies a prospective customer to Davenport Group by completing and submitting the online referral form. Program eligibility is at the sole discretion of Davenport Group.
Once the prospective customer completes a transaction of at least $25,000 with Davenport Group and receipt of payment has been verified, the referral agent will choose a gift from the following options:
- $500 contribution to the charity of your choice
- $500 towards a party or meal for your department
- $500 Amazon gift card
The referral agent will not receive additional gifts based on any subsequent transactions made by the referred account.
Davenport Group reserves the right to substitute an item of comparable value.
Davenport Group reserves the right to change or discontinue the referral program at any time without notice.
