Founders Sonia St. Charles and Paul Clifford assume executive board seats and name Brandon Cole as CEO
Lewisburg, TN – July 15, 2024 — Davenport Group welcomes a new era of leadership as Brandon Cole becomes CEO starting on July 1st, 2024. After founding the company 23 years ago and acting as CEO and President, Sonia St. Charles and Paul Clifford will transition to roles on the Davenport Group Board of Directors.

Brandon Cole brings over 18 years of IT sales and business experience to his new role as CEO. With his technical knowledge and his ability to connect with vendors and customers alike, Brandon is well-positioned to lead Davenport Group during a time of rapid change in the IT industry. Brandon remains committed to putting customers first and embracing a healthy work-life balance for the company’s employees.
Previous to this appointment, Brandon led the growing sales organization of Davenport Group as Chief Revenue Officer, and before that, Vice President of Sales and Marketing. During his tenure, Davenport Group’s sales organization added multiple territories and saw year-over-year growth. His efforts have been repeatedly honored with CRN naming Davenport Group to their Fast Growth 150 list, Solution Provider 500 list, and Tech Elite 250 list. Personally, Brandon was named to CRN’s Next Generation Solution Provider Leader list in 2023 and 2022.
