The fourth-annual Next-Gen Solution Provider Leaders list includes rising star executives, managers, and directors, 40 years of age or younger, who have demonstrated clear leadership qualities in their roles at integrators, VARs, MSPs, and other IT solution provider organizations.
Davenport Group celebrates all six exceptional leaders honored on CRN’s Next-Gen Solution Provider Leader list in 2023. From the engineering team, BJ Bradley, Vice President of Engineering Services, and Dustin Edwards, Director of Infrastructure Services, are recognized for their technical expertise, enthusiastic innovation, and dedication to customer service. They demonstrate a deep understanding of emerging technologies and constantly look for ways to improve. Both BJ and Dustin manage expanding teams that design, install, and service custom-built solutions for Davenport Group customers.
From the sales and marketing team, Brandon Cole, Vice President of Sales, Kristy Wilke, Director of Sales, and Kim Abrams, Director of Inside Sales, all consistently demonstrate excellence in leadership. Each of these three honorees has been instrumental in driving Davenport Group’s success through their ability to mentor expanding and changing teams. Leading by example, they work diligently to build strong relationships, solve complex problems, and communicate effectively. With their forward-thinking mindset, this group can navigate anything the channel throws at them and help make each customer happy.
Kailynn Lambert, Vice President of Operations, is also recognized for her steadfast commitment, keen attention to detail, and future-ready attitude. Under her leadership, the Davenport Group operations team has successfully refined and streamlined processes to better manage the growing needs of our organization. She is a force for positivity, and she leads an agile and innovative team.
